Its eventual crystallization, which may take weeks, months, or even over a year, is influenced by the nectar source and storage temperature. Packaged in a glass wide mouth jar, our honey varies in color and taste, reflecting the beautiful range of flowers our bees forage from. If your honey ever crystallizes, there's no need to worry! We actually love using crystalized honey as a spread on toast. To turn it back into a liquid, simply heat a pot of water on medium heat, then turn off the stove and place the honey jar in the water. This gentle warming process will transform the honey without risking burning it.
